This building was the brain child of the client. He designed the external and internal look and finish of the building to the smallest detail. He was keen to play a large part in the project and wanted to project manage the works, draw up the building and instruct DKM Consultants to carry out the planning application and on going site inspections and watching brief.
Work started after April and amazing progress has been made with the aim to complete by October.
Mr Dhariwal was a great client to work for, his ideas were fresh and inspiring and he was the most determined client DKM have worked for. He had a vision and he was sure to make it work. This is a skill very few people have and the finish portraits this.
Estimated budget = £70,000
Completed Budget = £100,000 ( currently just in final stages)
House Value when completed = £130,000
Over budget due to incredible high spec to every element of the works.
